Neo Derm, a leading medical aesthetic enterprise headquartered in Hong Kong, seeks a Clinical Specialist to join the R&D team. You will develop a deep understanding of Neo Derm's beauty equipment and technologies, support literature research, evaluate clinical evidence, and prepare summaries for product launches.

You will collaborate across R&D, product, and marketing, helping translate scientific findings into training materials and internal communications.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience in scientific research, clinical research, or R&D support.
• University degree in Science, Medical Science, Biomedical Science, or related discipline.
• Experience in scientific literature research, evidence evaluation, and scientific writing is preferred.
• Ability to interpret scientific publications and summarize findings clearly.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of written English and Chinese, and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Search scientific literature to identify peer-reviewed publications and clinical studies on Neo Derm's equipment and treatments.
• Evaluate the quality and limitations of scientific evidence related to efficacy and safety.
• Prepare literature reviews, clinical summaries, and reference materials for R&D and product launches.
• Organize and maintain scientific publications and clinical materials.
• Assist in coordinating research, product, and treatment development and launches.
• Share medical findings with internal units and support marketing, operations, and training materials.

To realize its mission and provide endless beauty possibilities to its consumers, Neo Derm is welcoming a Clinical Specialist to be joining our R&D team.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s beauty equipment and technologies. Support R&D, product and treatment development, and internal teams through scientific literature research and clinical evidence evaluation.

Scientific Research and R&D Support

• Search scientific literature to identify relevant peer-reviewed publications and clinical studies on the company’s equipment, technologies, and treatment applications.
• Evaluate the quality, relevance, and limitations of scientific and clinical evidence relating to treatment efficacy and safety.
• Prepare literature reviews, clinical evidence summaries, scientific presentations, and reference materials to support R&D and product launches.
• Organize and maintain scientific publications and clinical reference materials.

Cross-functional Support

• Assist in coordinating research, product and treatment development, and launch activities.
• Share relevant medical and scientific findings with internal business units.
• Provide scientific and clinical information to support marketing, operations, and training materials.

Position Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in scientific research, clinical research, or R&D support
• University degree in Science, Medical Science, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in scientific literature research, evidence evaluation, and scientific writing is preferred.
• Ability to interpret scientific publications and summarize findings clearly.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written English and Chinese, and spoken English and Cantonese.
