Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Officer, Client Solutions to support sales conversion and client servicing across group medical insurance and individual plan transitions.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless client experience, drive growth through targeted conversion efforts, and assist on ad‑hoc business projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2 years’ experience in insurance or client services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese; able to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and brokers across an assigned portfolio.
• Own end-to-end management of client engagements and renewals.
• Identify growth opportunities and coordinate with Sales for new business.
• Support development of Cigna’s value proposition and strategic goals.
• Assist with jumbo and complex cases involving multinational clients.
