• Strong communication skills.
• Client facing/front office expertise is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational support to the Equity Trading and Derivatives business.
• Act as central lead and coordinate end-to-end resolution of client issues.
• Drive cross-functional engagement to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting clients and oversee post-trade allocation and trade exceptions for synthetic clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Technology and Product teams to identify client needs and enhance platforms.
