Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an Operational Client Relationship Manager for its Markets Operations team in Asia. The role focuses on delivering superior service to Platinum clients, handling escalations, and driving client satisfaction across the trading, settlement and post-trade lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Front Office to identify opportunities, manage client profiles, and lead regional staff, while ensuring timely escalation and continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• The candidate preferably should have 10-15 years of experience in Operations Client Relationship Management / Client Services.
• Experience in Markets Operations and related processes is essential.
• Demonstrated People Management capabilities with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class operational relationship management to Markets client base across all interactions.
• Develop client profiles and workflows with Global Markets and bankers.
• Support Global Markets Sales teams to pitch and cross-sell products and services.
• Represent SCB in industry groups and forums with tangible outputs for stakeholders.
• Oversee GCNA region staff, including coaching and formal reviews.
• Articulate Markets Operations strategies to internal/external stakeholders.
• Grow Markets awareness by sharing insights from industry forums.
