Job summary
ALS Technichem (HK) Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to coordinate projects with clients, monitor schedules, and prepare quotations and monthly service reports. You will handle customer enquiries, arrange drivers' daily schedules, and communicate with internal departments to provide timely client support.
New graduates are welcome; prior lab operation exposure is an advantage. Proficiency in English and Chinese, and MS Office are required to excel in a busy, team-oriented
Qualifications
- Diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science or other Science related subjects.
- Lab operation experience is an advantage.
- New graduates will be considered.
- Experience candidates may be considered as Customer Services Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects with clients and monitor schedules.
- Prepare quotation or tender documents.
- Handle customer enquiries independently.
- Arrange drivers' daily working schedule.
- Communicate with internal departments and provide client support promptly.
- Prepare and review monthly service reports for major clients and projects.
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials.
