Radley James in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Services Manager to join its growing APAC team. You will manage client relationships, oversee onboarding, and coordinate with counterparties to resolve operational issues and deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client services, trading operations, prime brokerage, clearing or fintech.
• Knowledge of digital assets, FX, equity derivatives, fixed income or futures.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, VBA or Jira is advantageous.
• Strong client-facing, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Coordinate client onboarding, trading connectivity and system integrations.
• Investigate trade and position breaks, facilitate collateral movements and maintain operational controls.
• Monitor counterparty limits and margin exposures, escalating issues where necessary.
• Support automation, reporting and process improvement initiatives.
