Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to think critically about complex systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical, account, and trade-related enquiries via email, phone, and web ticket.
• Own and escalate issues to stakeholders across regions.
• Assist clients with the investment lifecycle including transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation, and statement reconciliation.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects such as client outreach, platform training, and market research.
