Job summary

AAA Global in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic sales professional to support its expanding institutional client business in prime brokerage. The role focuses on building relationships with hedge funds and other institutional clients, driving client acquisition and promoting our prime brokerage offering.

You will understand clients’ trading, financing and execution needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, support pitches and onboarding, and monitor market

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in a sales desk role at a top-tier investment bank or relevant buy-side experience.
• Strong understanding of major asset classes, financial products and hedge fund strategies.
• Energetic, proactive and commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills.
• Able to handle deal pressure, competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with hedge funds and other institutional clients.
• Drive client acquisition and promote the firm’s prime brokerage offering.
• Understand clients’ trading, financing and execution needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Support pitches, commercial negotiations and client onboarding.
• Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities.
