Job summary

Amethyst Partners in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Fund Operations professional to support the launch and ongoing management of private market funds. You will coordinate with fund administrators, distributors, investors, and service providers to ensure timely launches and compliant onboarding.

You will oversee timelines, documents, and reporting, while helping to enhance processes with technology teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fund operations/investor services.
• Strong knowledge of private market funds.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch and setup of new private market funds
• Coordinate with internal teams, fund administrators, distributors, investors, and service providers
• Manage fund launch timelines, documents, and operational requirements
• Handle onboarding of investors and distributors, including KYC/AML and subscription documents
• Act as the main contact for investor and distributor enquiries
• Ensure investor reporting is accurate and delivered on time
• Support marketing materials such as pitch books
• Manage fund administrators and service providers to ensure good service and smooth operations
• Help resolve fund operational and financial issues
• Support due diligence for new funds and distributors
• Ensure key procedures, agreements, and service standards are properly documented
• Work with technology teams to improve systems and processes
