Job summary

The Edge Partnership - The Edge in Asia is seeking an Investor Services professional to join its growing team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on AML/KYC reviews, FATCA/CRS reporting, onboarding, and lifecycle management for investors.

You will maintain investor data, process subscriptions and redemptions, and respond to queries while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred for client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Investor Services, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Fund Operations, AML/KYC or related functions
• Good understanding of AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS and investor onboarding requirements
• Experience within fund administration, asset management, private equity, hedge funds or financial services will be highly regarded
• Exposure to Cayman, Hong Kong or Singapore fund structures would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent English required; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct investor AML/KYC reviews in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Perform FATCA, CRS and AEOI due diligence on investors
• Prepare FATCA/CRS reporting and coordinate submissions within regulatory deadlines
• Manage investor onboarding and ongoing investor lifecycle activities
• Maintain investor registers and static data records accurately and efficiently
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and other investor transactions
• Respond to investor and fund manager queries in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare dealing confirmations, investor statements and periodic reports
• Assist with client onboarding, billing and other administrative activities
• Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as required
