Responsibilities

• Lead Client Service team and ensure service excellence across clients.
• Own regular client reviews and coordinate resolutions to meet expectations.
• Improve client satisfaction, engage proactively, and manage KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal SME groups to address issues and implement changes.
