Job summary

Standard Chartered in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Client Management professional to orchestrate end-to-end processes, engage clients, and maintain strong relationship health across journeys. You will drive execution with RMs, product partners, and operations to ensure timely and high-quality service.

The role requires strong English writing and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently under deadline pressure and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a service partner with RMs, Product Sales, Operations to solve client issues.
• Ensure scalable, client-delight-focused Client Management model across the country.
• Deliver excellent service against agreed standards and minimize errors.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational efficiency and processes for consistency.
• Align Client Management with business priorities and DOIs, with regular engagement.
• Provide quality support to Relationship Managers on documentation and lending processes.
• End-to-end orchestration across onboarding, credit fulfilment, monitoring and due diligence.
• Prepare Account Plans and client briefing notes for senior management discussions (RCAF/GCAF).
• Join client visits and document discussions in CRMx.
