Job summary

Chief Group Limited is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Hong Kong to deliver a warm and caring experience across multiple channels. You will handle inquiries, provide professional investment services support, and build strong, one-to-one engagement with customers.

The role involves collaboration with internal teams to maintain high service standards and occasional branch coverage as needed. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, with knowledge of investment products

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' CS related experience.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Customer centric mindset with commitment to delivering quality service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and caring customer experience across online/offline channels (chat, email, text, phone, and in-person).
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide professional investment services support (securities, wealth management, account opening).
• Build emotional connections with customers through one-to-one engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality beyond expectations and explore new customer opportunities.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors including occasional branch coverage.
