Job summary

State Street Investment Services Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Client Services Manager to lead a client service team and act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients. You will coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure exemplary service and smooth client journeys.

You will own the client experience, run regular reviews, manage priorities and KPI reporting, and drive improvements across product and operating models while collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• University graduate with exposure to asset servicing and client servicing.
• Strong verbal & written communication in English and Chinese.
• Experience engaging with senior management and clients to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to retain satisfaction and ensure timely responses.
• Lead client governance forums with clear agendas and materials.
• Deliver knowledge sharing and product training sessions as needed.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to meet client requirements and drive service improvements.
• Prepare presentations and KPI reporting to monitor client activity and performance.
