Job summary

This role involves executing banking/investment transactions, KYC/due diligence, and coordinating across internal teams.

The ideal candidate has university qualifications in Finance or related fields, wealth management experience, and strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Finance or related disciplines.
• Relevant client service experience in wealth management or private banking industry.
• Good knowledge of wealth management and private banking investment products and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) designation is preferred.
• Flexible, detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Execute a range of banking and investment transactions for clients.
• Conduct pre-trade checks on product suitability and disclosures.
• Follow up order executions and handle trade booking and settlement.
• Monitor accounts’ margin usage and manage margin calls.
• Handle inward/outward asset transfer requests.
• Answer client enquiries and address feedback.
• Prepare account opening documentation and perform KYC/due diligence.
• Regularly review account profiles and investment risk with compliance.
• Handle ad hoc requests and support IRs with meetings and travel.
• Participate in workflow improvement initiatives.
