Job summary

Ambition is seeking a Client Advisor / Business Development Manager in Hong Kong to drive client acquisition and relationship management within wealth and institutional segments. The role requires proactive outreach, disciplined sales processes, and clear articulation of value propositions to win mandates.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in financial services sales/relationship management, strong communication skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Relationship Management / Business Development / Sales within financial services.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Source new prospects through outreach, referrals, intermediaries, and networking in wealth/institutional spaces.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from lead gen to mandate win, including qualification and closing.
• Maintain and grow revenue through upsell/cross-sell within existing relationships.
