Job summary

Lady M Hong Kong Limited is seeking a corporate sales support professional to help achieve sales targets and strengthen relationships with key clients. You will assist the Corporate Sales Manager in developing new business, presenting proposals, and managing contracts and invoices, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Fluent English and Chinese are required, and you will work in a fast-paced retail/F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or above in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1–2 years in sales support or business development, preferably in Retail/F&B.
• Familiar with invoice & order management or CRM.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent, result-oriented, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, presentations, and meetings with corporate clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with potential and existing corporate clients for repeat business.
• Assist the Corporate Sales Manager to identify and pursue opportunities; enhance brand visibility at events.
• Handle data entry duties including quotes, proposals, contracts and invoices; maintain CRM records.
• Gather market intelligence on trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Organize events and onsite selling; support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
