Job summary

HKEX is seeking a Client Services/Operations support professional to handle email and phone enquiries from clients, administer access to HKEX portals, and assist with onboarding and testing activities.

The role requires a university degree with 1-2 years in the financial industry, a team-oriented mindset, and strong organisational and problem-solving skills to support the Access Management and user testing processes.

Qualifications

• University degree or above with 1-2 years in financial industry.
• Preference for roles in Client Services and/or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle email and phone enquiries from HKEX clients in a timely manner
• Act as HKEX administrator to grant/change/remove company and user access to HKEX portals and systems
• Provide support in user onboarding and liaise with IT for External User Testing access for FINI users
• Perform administrative tasks and assist team members in ad-hoc tasks
• Provide support to Access Management system enhancement and participate in User Acceptance Test
