Job summary

HKEX is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven candidate to collaborate with stakeholders to participate and support system migration and testing. The successful candidate will join the Client Services department and liaise with IT, the project manager, and internal business users to execute and complete the system migration and testing.

• Identify unexpected issues and liaise with IT for investigation and fixes.
• Provide day-to-day support to external clients accessing HKEX portals to understand systems and workflows.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist team members on ad-hoc tasks.
• Undertake additional assignments and projects as delegated by the supervisor.

Job Duties:

• Perform administrative tasks and assist team members in ad-hoc tasks
• Undertake additional assignments and projects as delegated by the supervisor

Requirements:

• University degree or above
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to Client Services and/or Operations with previous exposure to participate in system enhancement projects
• A team-player attitude and self-driven learning mindset
• Great self-organisation, task prioritisation, attention to detail and strong problem solving skill
• Knowledge in securities / finance / customer services with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland markets is welcomed
