Job summary

• 1-2 years of working experience in the financial industry, with exposure to client services/operations and system enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute and verify testing results diligently.
• Identify unexpected issues and liaise with IT for investigation and fixes.
• Provide day-to-day support to external clients accessing HKEX portals to understand systems and workflows.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist team members on ad-hoc tasks.
• Undertake additional assignments and projects as delegated by the supervisor.
