Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Client Operations Specialist for Wealth & Brokerage Services. The role focuses on acting as the primary contact for client queries, overseeing the end-to-end client journey from onboarding to profile management, and maintaining service standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in customer operations, with knowledge of SFC rules and HK stock market processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with preference for Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
2+ years in customer operations or client services; brokerage/wealth management experience a plus.
Solid understanding of SFC regulatory standards and HK stock market operations (onboarding & account management).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and cross-departmental operations.
Oversee the end-to-end client journey, including onboarding, record updates, profile management, and day-to-day support.
Address and resolve client feedback and online inquiries to maintain service standards.
Maintain and structure the online knowledge hub for internal references.
Evaluate customer insights to refine workflow efficiency and service benchmarks.
