Job summary

Fidelity (Far East) Trading Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service to Fidelity's end investors. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, support account-related matters, and contribute to operational excellence.

The role requires a university degree and at least 3 years in client servicing within financial services; SFC/MPFA registration is required or to be obtained within 3 months.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business, Finance, Communications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in client servicing or operations within financial services; mutual funds preferred.
• SFC and/or MPFA registration required or willingness to obtain within 3 months after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service to Personal Investing and/or Pension clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Handle client enquiries, phone dealing, service requests, and account-related matters promptly and accurately.
• Manage client correspondence, case management, and complaint resolution to ensure a positive client experience.
• Follow up on NIGO (Not-In-Good-Order) applications and instructions to ensure timely resolution.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities to ensure efficient delivery of client services and business operations.
• Meet agreed service standards, quality benchmarks, and turnaround times with high accuracy.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong pension, MPF, personal investing, or wealth management products would be advantageous.
