Job summary

JH Partners (Asia) Company Limited is seeking a Customer Services Officer for Wealth Management to handle inbound inquiries and provide professional support to clients and colleagues. The role covers online consultations, complaints handling, and updating the knowledge base to ensure accurate information is readily accessible.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of two years in customer service, preferably in securities or wealth management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, preferably within securities, fund management, wealth management, or brokerage sectors.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service hotline inquiries with timely, professional responses for clients and internal colleagues.
• Manage online consultations, complaints and feedback; follow through on cases to ensure proper resolution.
• Update and maintain the online customer service knowledge base for accuracy and searchability.
• Participate in end-to-end client service lifecycle for wealth management and brokerage operations, including account opening verification and maintenance.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to optimize workflows and elevate service standards.
