Main duties include processing orders for equities and fixed-income products, and providing administrative support to enable smooth service delivery to high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Degree from a University in Finance or Business.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as client services or relationship management within wealth management or private banking.
• Possess Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) papers 1 and 2.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with investment products, financial planning, and wealth management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task.
• Organised team player with good understanding of financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental support in client service, client relationship building, and account maintenance for Relationship Managers.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding account documentation, account activity, statements, securities transfers, and private banking products or services.
• Liaise with clients, business support teams, and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery.
• Assist with client onboarding and offboarding pre-checks/processes and account reviews.
• Ensure operational processes comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Receive, execute, and report orders for equities, foreign exchange, structured products, and fixed-income products.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support.
• Handle logistics for business trips and meetings.
• Perform other duties delegated by the supervisor.
