CLSA is seeking an Assistance Manager / Manager, Brokerage Business within the Call center of Wealth Management in Hong Kong. The role focuses on enhancing customer service and sales operations, supporting growth in new product services, and delivering seamless client experiences.

You will lead initiatives in account opening, KYC, and ongoing client lifecycle activities, while collaborating on omni-channel solutions and AI chatbots to improve interactions.

Formación

• Degree or above in Business / Finance with minimum 3 years in a financial call center.
• Experience with Omni-channel solutions or AI chatbot development is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SFC Type 1 & Type 2 licenses; IIQE is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer enquiries by phone or email on general enquiries, products, and services.
• Support account opening, KYC, and post-opening client lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate to roll out and enhance virtual asset trading platforms and AI chatbots.
• Develop Omni-channel services, run daily reporting, and perform system checks.
• Conduct outbound calls related to sales, services, compliance, and audits.
