Qualifications

Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Risk Management or related disciplines preferred
Experience in individual account opening in brokerage or banking is preferred; fresh graduates considered
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in document review and data entry
Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Conduct client account opening and post-opening reviews per internal procedures and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML)
Review client documents, perform risk assessments and escalate issues as needed
Maintain and update client information in systems
Complete assigned cases on time and meet targets
Collaborate with Sales and Back Office to follow up on information and documents
Support periodic regulatory exercises and remediation projects
Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
