• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Risk Management or related disciplines preferred
• Experience in individual account opening in brokerage or banking is preferred; fresh graduates considered
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in document review and data entry
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct client account opening and post-opening reviews per internal procedures and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML)
• Review client documents, perform risk assessments and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain and update client information in systems
• Complete assigned cases on time and meet targets
• Collaborate with Sales and Back Office to follow up on information and documents
• Support periodic regulatory exercises and remediation projects
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

We are the largest Singaporean stockbroker by both market capitalisation and size of sales-force, with an extensive foothold in the regional and global markets. We are looking for qualified individuals to join us.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual client account opening and post opening reviews in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML requirements and data accuracy in systems

Review client documents, perform risk assessments and identify issues requiring escalation

Maintain and update client information and records in systems

Complete assigned cases on time and meet agreed target strictly

Work closely with the Sales and Back Office teams to follow up pending information and documents

Support periodic reviews, regulatory exercises, and remediation projects when required

Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above. Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Risk Management, or related disciplines is preferred

Experience in individual account opening process within the brokerage or banking industry is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or part-time experience will also be considered

Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy in document review and data entry

Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant

Effectively using AI is preferred
