Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder or above.
• 5+ years of working experience in broking/insurance industry.
• Proficient PC skills with Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Pro-active, solution-focused and detail oriented with strong client relations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients and renew insurance programs.
• Respond to daily client inquiries and advise on coverage options.
• Collaborate with placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams.
• Support client servicing model and expand client portfolio with new products and MMC services.
• Coordinate Marsh network offices and monitor service standards and profitability.
