Job summary

Marsh seeks an experienced Risk Management professional based in Hong Kong to manage a portfolio for a major conglomerate. You will serve as the primary client contact, ensuring superior servicing and successful annual renewals, while aligning solutions with clients' operations and risk profiles.

Responsibilities include coordinating with placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams, reviewing contracts, delivering training, and presenting proposals and recommendations.

Qualifications

• With valid broker license.
• 8–10 years’ experience in broking with strong product knowledge.
• Proficient PC skills: Word, Excel & PowerPoint are critical.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of businesses under a key conglomerate account, serving as primary contact and delivering professional service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction during servicing and renewal outcomes.
• Understand client operations, risk profile, and needs; implement Marsh servicing model to deliver insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on renewals and solutions.
• Review contracts with third parties and deliver training workshops as needed.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and recommendations to clients.
