Job summary

Marsh (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a talented risk management professional to join our team in Hong Kong. You will manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiries.

You will work with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on renewals and solutions, and coordinate Marsh network offices to ensure local service standards are met. Strong English and Chinese skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in insurance, risk management or related field
• IIQE or ANZIIF qualification required
• 15+ years of general insurance experience, underwriting preferred
• Selling to education industry a plus
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiries
• Understand clients’ risk exposures and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and expand current client portfolio with new products, advisory services and other MMC services
• Work with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutions
• Interact with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; resolve client account issues
• Coordinate Marsh network offices and ensure local service standards/goals are delivered
• Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables
• Implement Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts
• Coach other team members to deliver timely customer service
