Qualifications

• Minimum 3-8 years of related experience in client service, operations, or sales support.
• Understanding of common financial products and services.
• Knowledge in credit, sales, and marketing is preferable.
• Possession of regulatory license is required (HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7 & 8).

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems and controls to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Respond to clients’ enquiries and coordinate with product groups.
• Prepare account review materials and monitor client positions.
• Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers.
