Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced content professional to independently plan and execute investor education initiatives, leveraging market trends and tailoring material to different investor segments.

You will collaborate with marketing, research, and product teams to develop effective content strategies, conduct market research, and participate in offline seminars to support business goals while ensuring alignment with the company's brand values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in investment-content development, financial journalism/anchoring, financial advisory, or investment strategy.
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong and U.S. stock markets; options trading a plus; Futubull familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Energetic, collaborative, strategic thinker.
• SFC RA1 and RA4 licenses are preferred.
• Local financial-industry network is a plus.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies, provide guidance, and deliver high-quality educational materials.
• Conduct research to understand investors' needs and pain points in trading, and optimize educational content for specific investment categories based on findings.
• Participate in offline investment education seminars and various media programs to support marketing and business goals.
• Ensure that the investment knowledge and concepts shared align with Futu's brand values and philosophy.
• Drive the implementation of cooperative projects with financial industry peers and cross-sector partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment-related content development, financial journalism/anchoring, financial advisory, or investment strategy.
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong and U.S. stock markets. Experience in options trading is a plus. Familiarity with the Futubull application is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Energetic, with a collaborative mindset and strategic thinking ability.
• Holder of SFC RA1 and RA4 licenses is preferred.
