This role involves creating financial content and marketing materials for investment products. You will work across equity market expertise, marketing planning, and content production, coordinating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality materials that communicate investment concepts to retail investors.

Key responsibilities

Develop content strategies and topic ideas based on market trends, hot sectors, and retail investor interests

Create marketing plans for financial products, from topic selection through material production

Produce graphic and video content using design tools (WPS, Gaoding Design, Chuangkit) and video editing software (CapCut)

Collect, refine, and repurpose financial information for content distribution

Use AI copywriting, AI drawing, and AI video tools to improve output efficiency

Coordinate with analysts, sales, product, and operations teams to clarify deliverables and schedules

Communicate requirements clearly to designers, editors, and colleagues

Ensure compliance awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements for securities content promotion

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Journalism, or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial content marketing, content operations, or investment research

Experience working in securities firms, investment advisory firms, funds, or other financial institutions in user-facing roles

Hands-on experience in stock and fund investing with solid understanding of retail investor psychology

Proficient in fundamental and technical analysis; able to interpret K-line charts, moving averages, and trading volume indicators

Familiar with quantitative tools, AI stock picking, and robo-advisory

Strong interest in Hong Kong and US stock markets; relevant industry experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese; English is a plus

Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Strong compliance awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements for securities content promotion
