Job summary

TalentQuest HR Limited seeks an experienced professional to lead investor education content from concept through execution. You will tailor materials for Hong Kong and U.S. markets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards, while guiding content strategy and education initiatives.

You will partner with stakeholders across functions, conduct market research, and represent the team at seminars and media events, driving partnerships and educational outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5 years of relevant experience in investment content development, financial journalism or broadcasting, financial advisory, investment strategy, or related field.
• Solid understanding of the Hong Kong and U.S. stock markets.
• Holder of SFC RA1 and RA4 licences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of investor education initiatives from concept to execution, leveraging market developments and tailoring content to different investor segments to support team objectives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across different functions to formulate content strategies, provide strategic input, and deliver engaging, accurate, and high-quality investment education materials.
• Conduct market and investor research to identify trading-related needs, challenges, and knowledge gaps, and refine educational content across various investment products and categories accordingly.
• Represent the team at in-person investor education seminars, media appearances, and other public-facing programmes to support marketing initiatives and business development goals.
• Ensure all investment-related knowledge and educational materials are consistent with the company’s brand positioning, values, and communication standards.
• Lead the execution of strategic partnership initiatives with financial industry counterparts and partners across other sectors, fostering collaboration and expanding educational outreach.
