Job summary

Songmont in Hong Kong is seeking a store associate to promote brand culture, assist customers, and maintain store presentation. You will engage with shoppers, demonstrate product knowledge, and uphold visual standards across the shop floor.

You will work with a small team to hit sales targets, manage merchandise, and support daily operations. The role requires strong communication in English and Cantonese and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in fashion/new retail sector.
• Professional appearance, fluent in English and Cantonese, strong communication skills.

• Product & Asset Management: Inspect, replenish, handle returns/exchanges, maintain displays and store tidiness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Brand Culture Promotion: Accurately introduce brand culture, product concepts, and advantages to customers; operate social media accounts according to guidelines; ensure store compliance during shifts (personal grooming, store/stockroom environment, hygiene, and visual merchandising), maintaining positive brand interactions.
• Sales Target Achievement: Deep understanding of service procedures and sales skills, deliver exceptional customer service, build customer trust, and efficiently achieve sales goals.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues, support team members, and promptly execute assignments from the Store Manager.
• Product & Asset Management: Handle merchandise inspection, replenishment, returns/exchanges, display maintenance, store tidiness, and backend operations as assigned during shifts.
• Other Tasks: Complete additional duties assigned by management.
