Songmont in Hong Kong is seeking a store associate to promote brand culture, assist customers, and maintain store presentation. You will engage with shoppers, demonstrate product knowledge, and uphold visual standards across the shop floor.

You will work with a small team to hit sales targets, manage merchandise, and support daily operations. The role requires strong communication in English and Cantonese and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in fashion/new retail sector.
• Professional appearance, fluent in English and Cantonese, strong communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and open to continuous learning.
• Empathetic with attention to customer service details.
• Genuine appreciation for Songmont's brand culture and products.

Responsabilités

• Brand Culture Promotion: Introduce brand culture and product concepts; manage social accounts per guidelines; ensure store compliance during shifts.
• Sales Target Achievement: Deliver exceptional service, build trust, and achieve sales goals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and support the Store Manager's tasks.
• Product & Asset Management: Inspect, replenish, handle returns/exchanges, maintain displays and store tidiness.
• Other Tasks: Complete additional duties assigned by management.
