Job summary

Bonavventura is opening a flagship store in Hong Kong and seeks a Client Advisor to deliver world-class service and sales support. You will understand customers' needs, explain product value, and help maintain an inviting store environment.

Experience in luxury retail is not required; a strong customer-service mindset, willingness to learn, and teamwork are valued. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred; Japanese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to high standards.
• Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Follow Bonaventura's grooming and behaviour standards.

BONAVENTURA is going to start up the brand-new flagship store in Hong Kong at the end of this year. We are looking for a Client Advisor to provide the world-class customer service and sales support at our store.

You will understand each customer’s needs and lifestyle, recommend suitable products, and communicate the value, quality, and story of BONAVENTURA.

In addition to sales, you will support daily store operations, including product displays, stock management, store organization and cleanliness, and store events and campaigns.

Luxury retail experience is not required. We welcome candidates who care about customers, willing to learn about our products and brand, work well as part of a team, and take responsibility for their work.

How you will contribute:

Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy and use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the store

Deliver excellent customer service and cultivate customer relationships via effective after-sales service

Efficiently collect and update customers information for CRM development

Coordinate with the VIP customer relationship team when VIP customers visit the store, and support in-store events and campaigns

Always embody our company service values and standards

Share information and best practices to build solid and harmonious team relationships

Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to the highest standards

Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment

Follow the company’s policies and procedures including Bonaventura’s standards in terms of grooming and behaviour

Who you are:

An experienced salesperson in a customer-facing retail role, preferably from within luxury fashion, leather goods or customer service

Able to build fruitful, long-term relationship with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to diverse clientele

A multi-tasking team player who thrives a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment

Results driven with a commercial mindset without compromising on the team player attitude

Passionate to learn about BONAVENTURA the brand and products.

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Japanese is a plus.

Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Client Advisor

Candidates without luxury retail experience are also welcome if they have a strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
