Job summary

Bonavventura is opening a flagship store in Hong Kong and seeks a Client Advisor to deliver world-class service and sales support. You will understand customers' needs, explain product value, and help maintain an inviting store environment.

Experience in luxury retail is not required; a strong customer-service mindset, willingness to learn, and teamwork are valued. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred; Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experienced salesperson in a customer-facing retail role.
• Preferred background in luxury fashion, leather goods or customer service.
• Able to build fruitful, long-term relationships with diverse clientele.
• Multi-tasking team player thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy and use effective selling techniques.
• Deliver excellent customer service and cultivate customer relationships via after-sales service.
• Collect and update customer information for CRM development.
• Coordinate with VIP customer relation team when VIP customers visit the store, and support events and campaigns.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to high standards.
• Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Follow Bonaventura's grooming and behaviour standards.
