We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Client Advisor / Client Advisor with strong personality and passion for creating an exclusive experience for our customers to join our expanding sales team.

Responsibilities

• Focus on development and retention of existing clients; recruitment of new and potential clients.
• Develop store business through excellent clienteling and KPIs performance (conversion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).
• Offer an excellent level couture service at all times across all categories.
• Foster sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine.
• Integrate digital tools in selling and clienteling activities.
• Where an Ops HC is not present, take an active part in the execution of operational tasks (including shipping/receiving).

Requirements

• Post‑secondary education or Diploma holder or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in luxury fashion industry.
• Self‑motivated, mature and good team‑player.
• Proven selling and clienteling skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong product knowledge to support the team in product maintenance, replenishment, display.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
