Job summary

Zealgroup is seeking a proactive Client Relationship & Account Manager in Hong Kong to drive dual growth through exceptional client service and sales acumen. You will reactivate dormant portfolios, convert inbound digital leads, and build lasting relationships through an omnichannel approach (online & offline).

The role requires Mandarin fluency, a customer-centric mindset, and strong communication skills to nurture high-value clients and help achieve business targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience in the CFD or broader securities/brokerage industry is highly preferred.
• Native or highly fluent Mandarin is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Client Reactivation & Retention: manage portfolios and re-engage dormant clients via CRM.
• Inbound Lead Conversion: respond to online inquiries and guide clients on CFD products to convert leads.
• Omnichannel Client Engagement (O2O): combine online and offline touchpoints, including WeChat and face-to-face visits for key clients.
• Dual Service-Sales Drive: balance service quality with sales targets within regulatory guidelines.
