Job summary

Chubb External is seeking a claims professional in Hong Kong to handle General Liability and Public Liability claims. You will work with policyholders, brokers and internal teams to ensure quality, timely settlements and continuous process improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with ANZIIF Senior Associate or equivalent insurance qualifications, at least 2 years of related claims experience, and strong English and Cantonese communication skills (Mandarin a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with ANZIIF Senior Associate or equivalent insurance qualification preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience handling General Liability, Employee’s Compensation and Product Liability claims preferred.
• Reliable, results oriented, self-motivated with high integrity.
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
• Handle related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties
• Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
• Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with ANZIIF (Senior Associate) qualification or equivalent level of Insurance qualification holder is preferred
• At least 2 years of working experience in handling General Liability, Employee’s Compensation and Product Liability claims is preferred
• Results oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrity
• Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferred
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
