Job summary

Victoria Playpark in Wan Chai is seeking a Student Services Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the playgroup centre and provide premium customer service to parents seeking information about programmes.

You will handle enrolments, attendance, and records, work with Finance on tuition calculations and invoicing, manage documents, and assist with recruitment screening to ensure child safeguarding throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• DSE or above with preferably 2 years' work experience in education or servicing industry.
• A cheerful team player who enjoys working with children and toddlers
• Able to multi-task and meet tightdeadline.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua; and strong computer literacy particularly in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of front-line customer service to prospective and current parents seeking information and advice about playgroup and ECA programmes.
• Handle enquiries through various channels and troubleshoot issues arising from prospective and current parents and students.
• Provide student onboarding and ongoing administrative support such as new joiners materials preparation, enrolment on system, attendance and leave records maintenance, promotion and transfer management, withdrawal and vacancies update.
• Work closely with Finance team to process monthly tuition fee calculations and payment, dues, invoicing and relevant follow up.
• Perform regular audits for centre inventory and general office supplies procurement.
• Manage physical documents and digital data of student registration with sensitivity and in an accurate and timely manner.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors as required.
