Responsibilities:
Reporting to General Manager (Information Technology), the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:
- To provide strategic leadership across multiple technology domains, driving enterprise architecture standards, technology governance and digital transformation initiatives
- To oversee the design, delivery and continuous improvement of complex business-critical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, reliability and regulatory compliance
- To drive the adoption of modern technology practices, including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud-native solutions, to enhance delivery efficiency and business value
- To partner with senior stakeholders to align technology strategies, solutions and roadmaps with organisational objectives, operational needs and regulatory requirements
- To evaluate emerging technologies and innovation opportunities, recommending and implementing solutions that strengthen organisational capabilities and performance
- To lead and develop technical teams while establishing solution development standards, managing strategic vendor partnerships and overseeing technology risks and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines. A master’s degree in related discipline an advantage
- A minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in enterprise solution development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale programmes and multiple technology domains
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP, cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives, cloud adoption programmes and the delivery of complex, business-critical technology solutions
- Proficiency in data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), automation and emerging technology trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
