Job summary

Crossings Executive Search is representing a luxury brand in Hong Kong seeking a Senior Manager, Technology & SAP Transformation. The role leads ERP initiatives and drives SAP S/4HANA implementations across the business.

The successful candidate will manage IT governance, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead external consultants and technology partners to deliver high-impact ERP projects. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of IT management experience.
• Proven ERP project leadership, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant discipline

Over 10 years of relevant IT experiencemanagement

Proven track record in implementing ERP projects as project-in-charge for SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP Systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
