Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy, or related discipline.
  • Native or bilingual fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Discretion and judgment for handling highly sensitive matters.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

World Care Charity Foundation Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) is a Hong Kong registered non-profit charitable organization established in 2016. Its aim is to implement social philanthropy, poverty alleviation and disaster relief, promote character education and Hong Kong's core values through the use and allocation of resources. Charitable funds come from the private families of the founders and donations made by those who endorse the Foundation's charitable work.

We are recruiting for a unique and high-impact Executive Assistant to supporting a modest Hong Kong political figure and business leader. Alongside managing a private single-family office and diverse commercial interests, the Chairman is deeply committed to civic leadership and community welfare through a flagship local charitable NGO.

This role sits at the intersection of private wealth management, public service, and philanthropy. We are looking for a discreet, highly organized, and politically astute Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a genuine passion for community impact in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage the Chairman’s complex, dynamic diary, coordinate international and local travel itineraries, and handle confidential correspondence with absolute discretion.

NGO & Public Affairs Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the Chairman, NGO board members, government bodies, community stakeholders, and media outlets. Support the planning and execution of charitable initiatives, community outreach programs, and public events.

Family Office Administration: Coordinate administrative operations across the single-family office, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, external legal/financial advisors, and high-profile associates.

Meeting Management: Prepare comprehensive briefing packs, agendas, and presentation materials for board meetings, political engagements, and stakeholder discussions; attend meetings to capture accurate minutes and track action items.

Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with community leaders, donors, government officials, and NGO beneficiaries on behalf of the Chairman.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of executive-level support experience, ideally gained within a single-family office, private equity, high-net-worth individual (HNWI) private office, or a prominent public/NGO sector organization in Hong Kong.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy, or a related discipline.

Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency inCantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential, given the local political and community context.

Discretion & Judgment: Uncompromising integrity and ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential matters with utmost discretion and professional poise.

Agility & Composure: Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, adapt quickly to shifting schedules, and maintain composure in a high‑pressure environment.

Cultural & Political Acumen: A strong understanding of Hong Kong’s socio‑political landscape, local governance structures, and the non‑profit sector.
