Job summary

Apex Logistics International is seeking a senior corporate affairs leader to guide the Group's narrative, governance and stakeholder engagement from its Hong Kong hub. You will partner with the CEO and senior management to protect and strengthen reputation while aligning with business growth strategies.

You will lead external communications, crisis management, and internal leadership messaging, plus govern digital content and brand discipline across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience across corporate affairs, communications, investor relations, governance or related disciplines with leadership responsibility.
• Proven credibility advising chief executives and senior management on sensitive corporate, governance or reputational matters.
• Experience in a multinational, listed or complex business; logistics/3PL or B2B sector preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group corporate affairs strategy, operating model, policies, message frameworks and annual plans.
• Advise the Group CEO and senior management on corporate positioning, governance, stakeholder priorities and reputational risk.
• Lead external communications, media relations, public affairs, thought leadership and senior leader positioning.
• Drive internal and leadership communications, including executive messages, town halls, employee channels and change communications.
• Own crisis and issues communications, from risk monitoring to spokesperson preparation and post-incident review.
• Strengthen the corporate brand and govern the website, social media, digital channels and content.
• Partner with Commercial on corporate profiles, credentials, presentations and proposals.
