Linklaters’ Asia Communications & Corporate Affairs Lead will direct the firm’s regional communications, reporting to the Chief Communications & Corporate Affairs Officer. You will shape messaging, manage media engagement, mitigate reputational risk, and ensure alignment with global strategy.

Qualifications

Experience leading communications function(s) in Asia for a global organisation.
Significant experience in media relations and crisis communications.
Leadership experience with direct reports.
Familiarity with the region’s media landscapes and strong networks.
Experience delivering culturally sensitive communication strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead the communications function in Asia, building trust among senior stakeholders and developing a reputation for excellence.
Ensure regional activities align with the firm’s global communications strategy.
Develop and deliver regional communications plans and oversee milestones.
Oversee media engagement and relationships with journalists and external stakeholders.
Advise senior leadership and lead proactive media campaigns and thought leadership.
Oversee creation of press releases, statements, Q&A documents, and briefing materials.
