Job summary

CITIC Securities International in Hong Kong is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to lead internal and external communications, media relations, digital content and branding across HK and overseas markets.

The role partners with senior management to shape strategic messaging, executive communications and bilingual content, while managing reputational risk and stakeholder engagement across corporate platforms and assets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate communications/public relations/financial communications or marketing, with senior stakeholder engagement experience.
• Excellent English and Mandarin written and spoken communications, with bilingual editing
• Experience advising senior stakeholders, managing agencies and media across multiple business lines

Responsibilities

• Organise employee and stakeholder communications, including global Town Halls and cross-border communications with parent-company stakeholders.
• Partner with senior management on communications plans, messages, speeches and press releases in English and Chinese.
• Drive branding and corporate identity by ensuring consistent messaging and brand application across channels.
• Manage media relations and reputational risks, including media planning, training and monitoring.
• Coordinate team workflow to ensure timely follow-through on communications initiatives and content development.
• Assist corporate philanthropy initiatives, including storytelling and partner liaison in Hong Kong.
