Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications professional to lead and implement communications initiatives that support business priorities. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize benefits and ensure customer and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to Director / Associate Director, this role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, managing media inquiries, developing press materials, monitoring industry trends, and contributing to brand reputation

Qualifications

• University degree holder or above, preferably in journalism, communications, PR & marketing discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public and media relations. Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, able to communicate with all levels including Senior Management.
• The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves regulated activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal and external corporate communications strategies to enhance the company’s brand/image.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to ensure effective communications.
• Develop communications materials such as press releases, interview briefing documents, Q&As and social media content.
• Assist supervisor in handling media enquiries, crisis and issues.
• Monitor industry development, market trends and regulatory changes to identify external communication opportunities and issues.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
