Job summary

Tamjai Intl in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Corporate Communications leader to shape and protect the group’s brand across local and overseas markets, drive crisis and ESG narratives, and partner with executives to elevate corporate storytelling.

You will craft proactive media relations, internal communications, and governance reporting, align messaging with business goals, and mentor teams while stewarding the company’s reputation in a fast-paced hospitality and F&B landscape.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in corporate communications, PR, media relations, or reputation management.
• Certified ESG Planner/Professional preferred.
• Experience managing corporate reputation, executive communications, internal communications, and crisis communications.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong media landscape; regional experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop strategic communications plans and translate complex issues into clear narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese; Cantonese/Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Group-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand vision.
• Strengthen corporate identity, reputation, and visibility across Hong Kong and overseas markets.
• Shape corporate narratives covering purpose, leadership, innovation, sustainability, and community impact.
• Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across channels.
• Elevate the Group’s profile through executive profiling, awards, speaking platforms, and partnerships.
• Lead proactive media relations and build ties with business, trade, and lifestyle media.
• Develop press releases, speeches, key messages, and Q&As.
• Manage media enquiries, interviews, press events, and briefings.
• Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Monitor coverage, sentiment, and competitor activity; advise senior management on insights.
• Oversee corporate social media and digital reputation.
• Develop and execute internal communications strategy and annual calendar.
• Drive culture programs that embed core values and strengthen alignment.
• Deliver timely updates on priorities, leadership, and initiatives.
• Support CEO and leadership communications, including announcements and messages.
